Client Contact Officer

A leading company within the Financial Services industry is looking for a Graduate to join the team.
The Client Contact Officer will report to the Client Contact Manager and will be predominantly responsible for client communications and administration support.

Duties Responsibilities

· Handling inbound and outbound calls
· Providing administrative support
· Statistical analysis of query trends
· Providing outstanding customer service at all times to both our internal and external clients
· Assisting other departments in helping them answer any queries they may have on behalf of the client, either via the telephone, internal post, or by using the in-house electronic communication system
· Generating reports using EXCEL and relaying information back to superiors
· Face to face meetings with clients
· Liaising with different departments within the company to ensure the smooth running of all processes
· Client correspondence

The successful candidate will have:

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Experience within the Financial Services industry (preferable not essential)
· An ability to well under pressure and be highly driven
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Educated to degree level
