Client Customer Services Executive
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
£18,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Our client, a very well respected company on the outskirts of Chester are actively recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can deal with people at all levels. Duties will include:
* Liaising with clients via the telephone and email to ensure they have no queries or problems with the service
*Building strong relationships with your clients and ensuring they are happy with the service
* Maintaining accurate records of your client's data on the database and amending when required
* Going above and beyond the expectations of your clients on a daily basis
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference within a business. You must have a steady career history to date, enjoy speaking to people over the telephone and enhancing their experience with your company.
