Client Data Business Analyst recruitment

Data is a critical enabler to the various business and logistics functions across the Bank, providing a central source of high quality reference data (including Client, Account, SSI, Instrument, Issuer, Pricing, Calendars) to those functions. Following a Group Executive decision, a Group Data Program was established which combined previously separate Data and Technology groups. A program was set up Enterprise Client Data Program (ECDP) with the mandate to provide a single source of Client data across the Bank.
Within ECDP, the Business Solutions team is responsible for delivery of IT solutions for client reference data producers and consumers across the board.

As part of this role you will work with a team of Change business analysts, developers and “Run the Bank” users in the Solution Design and Delivery work streams where there will also be opportunities to shape the business analysis approach.

Main responsibilities will be:
• Requirements definition
• Process analysis and design
• Data analysis
• User Acceptance Testing co-ordination and support
• User Training
• Change management

The applicant should be used to working independently, under time pressure, and feel committed to delivering even under difficult circumstances. We appreciate a self-starting, performance driven personality who can take a portfolio of tasks, prioritise flexibly within given guidelines, and deliver within quality, deadline and budget as a small entrepreneur.
