Client Delivery Consultant recruitment
The candidate will be a member of the Client Delivery Team which resides within the IT function.
This is a global Team providing coverage out of our regional centers in EMEA (Zurich), North America (Stamford) and Asia (Singapore).
The team works in close partnership with the Distribution (eCommerce Sales Teams) for the implementation and service of clients and vendors's projects on all eFX B2B, STP and eCommerce platforms within the firm.
Key Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Project implementation - Deliver eFX Cash Derivs Solutions to external internal clients, including:
- Client IT advisory
- Connectivity
- Client Development
- Technical assistance
- Testing
- Go-live
- Transition to Support teams
- Follow up
- Project re-engineering - Follow-up phase, analysis implementation of new requirements/features
- Analysis - B2B API rejects, make sure that we understand/understood the client's requirements, including enhancement requests, etc.
- Consulting - Pre- and Post- implementation for clients but also for eSales, Support and dev teams
- Product Management - Manage the different products together with business development, IT development GSD
- Migration Management - Coordinate internally, communicate with clients and manage the migration lifecycle from the existing product to the new one
- IT Relationship Management - Own the technical relationship with our clients during the full scope of the project. But also, client refers to us as their main point of contact in FX once the project is live, i.e. product updates, new products and features, enhancement, etc.
- Products testing Documentation (and more recently assistance with marketing materials such as brochures )
- Training - Offer products training to external teams if/when required (eHelp, eSales, etc)
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing IT related projects
- Good understanding of FIX, Java, SSL, to be able to provide a troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of the financial market, particularly FX cash trading
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill is essential
- Ability to cope with stressful situation and pressures
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required, any other languages is a plus
