Client Delivery VP recruitment
Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Client Delivery VP to work within theirEdinburghteam. The Client Delivery VP is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all on-boarding activities within the business across the region. The team works with the numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of these events.
Responsibilities of the Client Delivery VP:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process cycle required to support new account, change and termination requests. Apply and impart this knowledge to appropriately support key stakeholders
- Participate fully in team training, setting the bar for diligence, client service, rigor and excellence
- Constantly challenge the norm, and identify process enhancements
- Leverage management experience to motivate and stimulate the team to progress in line with global expectations
- Instil a suite of management controls which ensure visibility on team performance, mitigate risk, and which assist in pre-empting Operating events. Place onus on metrics, to articulate the trends
- Act as an escalation point of contact for any issues
- Work with the teams across the globe to ensure that wherever possible we maintain global consistency across our processes
- Participate in, and lead, strategic initiatives i.e. integration projects
Background of the Client Delivery VP:
- Experience managing and building a team of staff
- Experience should include managing process change and delivering key projects
- Experience working directly within investment/asset management or asset servicing
- Experience working within implementation, fund/client on-boarding/off-boarding, fund launches/closures, fund transitions essential
- Strong client service skills
This is a permanent Monday - Friday role for a Client Delivery VP paying an excellent salary plus bonus and benefits.
