Client Development Analyst
Headquartered in London and one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, HSBC is looking for a Client Development analyst to join their Global Markets area.
The role holder provides support to the Global 75 FIG Investor ‘Client Development’ function which is responsible for ensuring that HSBC is aligned internally and externally around the needs of our key clients
Client Development Analyst responsibilities:
- Providing support with the following key deliverables:
- Suite of Management Information reports / Performance Indices
- Client Governance (Prioritisation, Coverage, CRM etc.)
- Client Briefings Client Presentations
- Client Coverage Mapping across GM GB
- Supporting Client Meetings and Reviews
- Client Intelligence
- Client Planning Support incl Issue Bottleneck analysis / Value-at-Stake Database / Wallet Analysis / Client Participation Reviews and Gap Analysis
- Delivery of 'C-Suite' Proposition (Client Picture, Research Menu, Client Events) and Maintenance of 'C-Suite' Contacts Lists
- Supporting FIG alignment with Global Research
- Internal Communications
- Supporting the roll-out and execution of the FIG Client Value Proposition internally and externally
- Other Business Development initiatives - support for other ad-hoc GB GM alignment initiatives e.g. Client Engagement Programme, OTC Client Clearing etc
Client Development Analyst skills required:
- A focus on measurement, evaluation and data analysis
- Broad based industry experience
- A background in the use of metrics and quantitative data to drive decision making
- A natural curiosity to want to question the status quo and look for better ways to do things
- Experience of working with teams over multiple sites
- Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new thinking and processes
- Proven ability to inform, challenge and guide leadership teams and peers at all levels
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects demonstrating excellent relationship building and motivational skills
- Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Commitment to putting the client at the centre of all development and implementation activities
