Client Engagement Manager – SAP
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager with a strong track record and network in the IT industry to be responsible for generating new leads, handling direct/channel accounts, and managing prospects/customers. To be successful you will require:
- A Sales hunter instinct, drive and determination with a proven track record in business over 5-8 years
- Committed, Customer Driven, Resourceful and Self Motivated
- Ability to build strong rapport with client senior management and decision makers
- Affable personality with natural ability to work well in both an independent capacity as well as being team-oriented with colleagues in a multi-cultural environment
- Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels
You will have had at leaset 5-8 years of solutions selling experience preferably in an SAP environment. You will also possess a Bachelor degree, preferably in management or Sales Marketing and be well networked within the SAP ecosystem. Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for orders and revenue growth of assigned services in Singapore / SEA
- Responsible for account management, identification of new targeted accounts, and improvement of overall market share and profitability
- Act as the primary sales and account management professional and maintain close relationship with customers
- Conduct discussions with customers to identify their current and future requirements
- To follow up the sales cycle till closed.
