Job Purpose
The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the client relationship post product sale through implementation by overseeing all project delivery functions, issue management and client satisfaction
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinates all aspects of product implementation for client and is responsible for defining, creating and managing the project plan
· Serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates internal and external activities to ensure completion of project within the defined scope of work
· Monitors project progress to assure contract compliance and customer satisfaction
· Identifies and manages implementation and project scope adjustments
Person Specification:
· Demonstrated track record of successfully managing product implementation projects
· Strong technical background working with MS Exchange, data backup and restoration, and/or archiving systems
· Ability to manage risks, priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· BA/BS degree is required
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
