This market leading organisation is looking for a hybrid development and maintenance focussed candidate to join their small and close knit IT team. The team is responsible for development and support of all in house systems, these are mainly Access, SQL and VB/VBA based so experience in these is mandatory, experience in Excel is useful as well. In addition to this there is a strategic project to rebuild the existing risk system front end in VB.Net so this role represents an opportunity for someone who hasn’t used .Net before to build experience in it.
This is a medium sized business so the requirement is for someone who wants to join somewhere to take ownership and responsibility to feel like an integral part of the organisation, directly helping the business users to generate revenue on a daily basis and push the business in the right direction in the long term.
