Client Facing Operations Director recruitment
The role will include meeting clients and winning business, guiding/advising operations on how to on board clients and implementing the unique solutions offered.
The Manager will work in close partnership with all areas of the firm, articulating and executing the broader strategy of the team. The Manager will coordinate the development and growth of the team by anticipating the needs and complexity of EMEA clients; he/ she will then be responsible for estimating and communicating trends in the industry, so that the firm can adapt as necessary.
The Manager will also lead or participate in a number of strategic cross functional projects, where expertise and knowledge of Client Integration and Operations is required to enhance the firms overall business processes.
To apply, the candidate must possess the following:
- Significant experience in the investment management industry
- Strong experience managing a team
- Strategic business planning experience
- Thorough business judgment
- Degree. A CFA and/ MBA, or work towards either would be advantageous
