Client Facing Product Strategy recruitment

An independent investment management firm, specialising in currency and alternative investments is looking for a confident and outgoing individual to join their business. They require someone who is both; able to develop product strategies and sell these to clients. In order to achieve this you will need to be able to explain to clients why having a foreign currency strategy as part of a portfolio is important.

This role will require an extremely high level of technical knowledge in order to successfully manage relationships with consultants and clients, analyse competitor and market strategies, prospect new business and contribute to strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Analysis of foreign currency trends and market-wide fluctuations
- Use of analysis and performance reports, attribution and trade activity reports to develop investment strategies
- Overseeing the implementation of the strategies
- Leading client meetings in order to relay these strategies
- Conducting competitor analysis
- Using market and competitor analysis to develop new business

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

- Previous involvement in designing product strategies (preferably FX)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to face of to clients
- Experience of working within an investment management firm
- An understanding of performance reports, performance attribution and trade activity reports
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A relevant undergraduate degree
- Professional qualifications or masters qualifications are preferred but not essential
- A second fluent language will also be beneficial
