Client Implementation Associate - Asset Management
My client, a leading asset manager at the forefront of the industry, are currently seeking a proven Client Implementation Manager to join an existing team and assist with the set up and onboarding of new clients.
The key responsibilities will include;
- Co-Ordinating and managing tasks across the on-boarding lifecycle
- Assisting offshore teams
- Building strong internal relationships with key contacts within the asset management arm as well as other business lines
- Interpret and determine client requirements and service standards from legal documentation and business requirements supporting all account events.
- Identify and communicate the impact of business and client requirements on internal systems and processes.
- Facilitate the communication and approval of new clients and counterparties prior to trading activity across multiple areas including trading desks, operations, technology, legal and compliance departments.
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of;
- Assisting the launch of new products and instruments.
- Relationship management of brokers including performance metrics and issue tracking.
- Apply business process reengineering methodologies and executing strategies and tactical solutions
- Project Management; organising and tracking multiple threads of activity
- Detailed understanding of the trade lifecycle, from order and execution management, allocation, confirmation and fail
- management
- Experience in relationship management and/or client facing activities
- Problem solving capability for complex client and credit issues
