Responsibilities -Lead new clients through implementation process to bring their websites live as efficiently and accurately as possible. -Provide guidance on software functionality and client best practices, complete configuration guides, manage implementation schedule -Assist clients through the quality assurance testing process and resolve issues -Conduct implementation workshops for new clients, which will require occasional travel Qualifications -Bachelor's degree and 5-7years experience in mortgage loan origination, processing, underwriting or closing -Strong project management skills -Proficiency with Microsoft Office -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills -High technical aptitude -Knowledge of relational database structures, the software development cycle and writing SQL statements desirable Reply All ...
