Client Interviewing & Feedback Specialist (Snr Manager)

This global leader in professional services is looking for an experienced interviewer to lead their feedback programme for all Deal based client activity.

Reporting into the Head of Clients Markets, this position will provide a lead role within the central client feedback team. Focussing specifically on Deal led activity, in this role you will conduct all client interviews within a fast paced and relatively high volume environment.

Interviews will largely be conducted over the phone but also face to face, with senior client stakeholders (up to C-Suite). The role will monitor feedback and be responsible for sharing key insights with partner groups, enhancing the firm's reputation and the client experience.

The successful candidate will show credibility with senior stakeholders including partners and should have a good understanding of client issues and priorities. You should be able to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner. Experience of interviewing and managing client feedback programmes is essential. Such experience may have been gained in a bids, market research, recruitment consulting or fee-earning environment.
