Client Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading insurance asset management companies. The department has an integrated, team-based approach to business development and relationship management. Team member’s work together to develop and manage client relationships using the companies full range of investment and infrastructure resources, using its regulatory knowledge to ensure the companies capabilities are adapted to meet insurance clients personal objectives.

· This is a challenging Client Manager role.
· With other team members, the Client Manager will take operational and relationship responsibility for a number of key clients.
· As well as operational responsibilities, a high level of personal interaction and relationship management with clients is expected.
· Accountable for the commercial success of the mandates.
· The role reports to the Head of Insurance Asset Management.

The ideal candidate will have

· Personal organisation skills
· Information and data processing skills
· Problem solving skills
· The initiative and ability to take ownership of client issues
· The perspective to see how operational processes can be made more efficient
· An eagerness to deepen and broaden investment knowledge
· The ability to develop good personal relationships with clients
· Ability to add value in a high performance business development team.
· CFA desirable but not essential.
