Client Manager of Construction, UAE recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Direct the profitable handling and growth of client accounts through the delivery of the overall client relationship management strategy and the acquisition of new clients.
- Produce budget proposals and negotiate fee in line with account profitability/value proposition.
- Manage the communication between the client, insurer and service team members.
- Prepare Strategy Plans as appropriate to identify client risks and needs.
- Co-ordination or placement of insurance and reinsurance programmes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business plus Insurance qualification, ideally ACII, ACIII is preferred.
- Sound knowledge and experience with various sales techniques as well as the technical insurance knowledge, primarily in construction.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in the Insurance field in the GCC.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/other PC based applications.
- Arabic is a plus.
