Client Marketing Manager recruitment

Purpose of role:

To support the Head of Client Marketing in delivering all marketing communications activity for the relevant sales channel, ensuring all activity is results-focused, relevant, and delivered within brand guidelines and to budget.

What will you be doing?

* Produce and drive the quality of marketing communication materials suitable for the relevant sales channel and manage and implement campaigns including online and offline advertising, e-marketing and direct marketing.
* Ensure all materials are complied and TCF considerations are always given where appropriate
* Work with the Head of Client Marketing to develop strategic plans to support sales team and strategic investment unit targets
* Ensure all relevant marketing literature is well-targeted, remains up-to-date and is compliant
* Develop strong relationships and work closely with the sales channel to ensure that all marketing material and activity meets with their requirements and continues to support their ability to achieve sales targets
* Work closely with the digital and production team to deliver email campaigns, maintain the accuracy and relevance of SWIP.com and manage workflow of literature updates in a timely and compliant manner.
* Proactively provide ideas to support sales and marketing campaigns and drive any agreed initiatives through to delivery.
* Work with Head of Client Marketing and the Product Team on any product launches or ad-hoc projects ensuring all marketing requirements are met.
* Ensure all marketing communication campaigns are delivered on time and in accordance with our marketing communication and brand strategies
* Maintain regular reviews of marketing activity results ensuring they remain within set targets and initiate improvements or new ideas where appropriate to improve results.

What Skills/Experience will you need?

* Writing/Building campaign plans in accordance with defined investment strategies
* Delivering business focused results
* Managing internal and external customers
* Strong understanding of the sales markets
* Good technical understanding of investment products, financial markets and industry competitors.
* Strong copy writing skills
* Knowledge and experience of marketing in the financial services market place, including a thorough understanding of the regulatory issues
* TCF knowledge
* Developing, managing and implementing strategy
* Channel management
* Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
* IMC/CIM Qualification
* Extensive asset management marketing experience
