Client Migration Advisor is required with Italian + German, Spanish, Dutch or French
Daily Duties required:
The Bank is offering a new online payments module to all existing clients. The new payments module will allow clients to view their cheque information and images online via CashPro Online Services. The main duties of this project role will be predominantly focused on supporting clients through the initial client outreach, product training and post training support phases. These duties will range from conducting various telephone calls with clients to gather information and discussing documentation requirements, guiding the clients through the agreed conversion process and discussing associated timelines and conducting the required client training through the use web conferencing or group telephone training sessions.
With multiple client requirements being coordinated at any one time within the team, strong organisation, time management and communication skills will be key in ensuring the success of the client training sessions assigned to the migration adviser. A focus on quality, creativity and teamwork are a pre-requisite for this role.
The position will also require the candidate to interact with and work alongside the Product, Implementation, Client Service and Operations Departments to provide the client with an ever-increasing level of service.
Prospective candidates must be able to demonstrate that their knowledge and skill set would complement and bring added value to the European Client Migration Team, typically from the following key areas:•
Essential - Fluency in Italian and one other language from German, Spanish, Dutch or French.•
Proven client service skills.•
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.•
Strong time management and a sense of team work.•
A sound knowledge of the Internet technologies and at least 2 years experience in a client support or a client training type position is required for this role.•
Good knowledge of PCs and Browsers. •
Ability to troubleshoot Browser related issues.•
Knowledge of Electronic Banking Products an advantage.•
Knowledge of SWIFT message types and an understanding of payment formatting an advantage.•
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
