Client On-boarding Manager recruitment

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Co ordination of the Institutional Client Take on ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of the new business opportunity
  2. Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure the effective set up of the new client on the various systems and that the relevant processes are in place;
  3. Assist and co-ordinate the review of legal agreements, investment guidelines, operating memoranda or SLAs with internal departments; collate commentary and present the commentary to the client;
  4. Help to establish workflows where required with the operational department and ensure that these are clearly documented;
  5. Assist with client presentations or hold presentations where required
  6. Act as a conduit between the Sales Team, the client and internal departments
  7. Understand the service requirements of the clients, clearly communicate these to the appropriate department and follow up on the implementation
  8. Identify potential issues, work with relevant areas to find solutions and help with the implementation of such solutions. Escalate issues, when required to senior management.
