Client On-boarding Manager recruitment
Duties and responsibilities
- Co ordination of the Institutional Client Take on ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of the new business opportunity
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure the effective set up of the new client on the various systems and that the relevant processes are in place;
- Assist and co-ordinate the review of legal agreements, investment guidelines, operating memoranda or SLAs with internal departments; collate commentary and present the commentary to the client;
- Help to establish workflows where required with the operational department and ensure that these are clearly documented;
- Assist with client presentations or hold presentations where required
- Act as a conduit between the Sales Team, the client and internal departments
- Understand the service requirements of the clients, clearly communicate these to the appropriate department and follow up on the implementation
- Identify potential issues, work with relevant areas to find solutions and help with the implementation of such solutions. Escalate issues, when required to senior management.
