Client On-boarding Manager

Expanding International Bank have an exciting opening for an on-boarding specialist
This role is to lead and manage the London Client Onboarding team which is responsible for onboarding and performing KYC/AML on all new clients across all products.
Focused on the institutional client segment ,its customer base includes large Corporates and Financial Institutions, both bank and non-bank
The product range includes Global Markets (FX, Rates and Credit, Commodities, Equity Derivatives and Structured Products), Trade Finance, Lending and Cash Management.
The role is client-facing to on-board new clients and to provide efficient, professional and high quality service to internal and external customers.
The role will require working closely with the Relationship Managers, Global Markets Sales and other enabler groups and will primarily focus on facilitating new client onboarding
Working closely with the Relationship Managers and Global Markets Sales to introduce the customer and run the process from beginning to after the first
Ensuring all parts of the process for on-boarding a sophisticated Customer are met from beginning to settlement of first transaction.
Perform KYC/AML checks and reviews ·

Experience
It is essential to have at least 10 years of demonstrable experience in Client onboarding within a Global Markets environment, preferably Fixed Income products · Thorough understanding of KYC/AML requirements for large institutional clients in Europe·
Proven previous experience at managing a small team of individuals
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities·
Understanding of large institutional Customer on-boarding for non-Markets products Understanding of KYC/AML requirements for large institutional clients in non-European jurisdictions
