Client On-Boarding Sector Head recruitment

My client, a top tier investment bank based in Canary Wharf, is looking for a Client On-Boarding and Account Maintenance Sector Head. This role is critical to the implementation of the new direction they are going to be moving in and you will be shaping this model and driving this forward.

Once in this role you will have multiple key accountabilities including service delivery, service measurement, management and improvement, cost management, stakeholder/relationship management and team leadership. You will be interacting with a wide variety of teams, both internally and externally whilst also leading a team of client management a virtual team of cross functional resources across client documentation, KYCs, Credit Services and Data management to effectively deliver client Onboarding services to agreed SLAs.

To carry out this exciting and senior role you must have:

- Good understanding of the full investment banking value chain and the context within which Client Onboarding and account maintenance operates.

- Good knowledge of the client interface/ Onboarding and associated processes within an investment bank

This role is NOT suitable for someone who has not worked in the finance and banking sector.

For the ideal candidate, this role is paying a highly competitive salary, which will be based on the candidates experience and their market value. Please note that there is multiple headcount for these areas.
