Our client offers services in Investment Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management and Securities.
Job Responsibilities:
The Global Policy Quality Assurance Team was formed to create an additional layer of Risk Management to protect the Firm from Regulatory and Reputational exposure by ensuring adherence to global AML/KYC Regulatory Requirements and Firm policies. PQA leverages 4 pillars to manage risk:
- Implement AML/CIP Policy Change Management Process
- Collaborate with AML Technology to support regional/global AML/CIP Requirements
- Manage Quality Assurance Testing framework and Risk Assessment Metrics
- Coordinate Internal and External AML/CIP Audit Requests/Responses
Objective:
- Establish and communicate the Policy and Quality Assurance team structure, roles, and responsibilities
- Develop a consistent global BAU framework and testing plans for all AML/CIP policy requirements
- Create global change management framework to support new AML/KYC policies and changes to existing policies
- Partner with AML Compliance and business stakeholders toward implementing change, resolving issues, etc.
- Manage business analysis of CIPIT technology enhancements from development through to implementation globally
- Provide training where necessary across global teams to support policy changes, close procedural gaps, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in international brokering operations or compliance
- Experience or familiarized with responsibilities mentioned above
- Experience in extensive communication with salespeople, legal / compliance officers and clients back office
- Proficiency with Excel and comfortable learning multiple systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task work under pressure
- Good Verbal Written Communication Skills
- Strong negotiation skills and patience in dealing with problems conflicts with salespeople, legal/compliance clients back-office
- Ability to identify pressure points offer new ideas to tackle problems
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and additionally read and write Mandarin or Japanese
