Client Operations Analyst recruitment
You will work closely with the new client to fully understand their operational requirement for their products and services ensuring the requirements can be implemented, and you will be individual seeing this through to go live. Responsibilities will include:
- Work with the business, the client and regulators to gather, analyse, negotiate and communicate servicing requirements for new client accounts and products.
- Lead meetings with all internal teams to review requirements of the account, identify potential issues and assist teams to understand the servicing expectations
- Resolve any issues and follow up with the client prior to inception.
- Work with the clients’ custodians and fund accountants to negotiate and establish data interfaces
- Ensure that all asset transfers (including funding, withdrawals, terminations) associated with the new accounts are smoothly transitioned into the business and are reflected correctly on the system.
- Act as the post sales operational expert to analyse all operational issues raised by the client, their custodians/fund accountants and the sales team.
- Communicate the forecasted cash flow information to the investment teams.
To be considered for this role you must have an indepth operational knowledge from either a Trade Support, Client Reporting, Transitions or Portfolio administration team, you will have extensive experience and knowledge of Investment Management and have strong client service skills with the ability to interact with large institutional clients and senior business partners. Project management or process improvement experience is also essential. You will have a methodical thought process and the ability to get things done within tight deadlines.
