The HCM Client Ops Associate will work closely with portfolio managers regarding the operations, reconciliation, and reporting of their accounts. 

Major Responsibilities: 40% - Reconciliation, researching, and resolving holdings, transactions, and cash in Highmark accounting systems using Staars recon tool, Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and custodian reports. Must be able to calculate income and paydowns on assets using Bloomberg screens. 10% - Mark to Market Evaluation and pricing of securities using IDC pricing and Bloomberg. 10% - Researching and resolving failing executed trades with custodian and portfolio manager using Bloomberg. 30% - Prepare monthly portfolio/income reports equivalent to Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Change in Cash Flow, and Statement of Change in Net Assets for clients and creation of client PowerPoint presentations for portfolio managers. 10% - Assist Operations Manager with routine maintenance of Highmark systems: Bloomberg, PORTIA, SEI Trust, Staars.
