CLIENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE recruitment
This position will primarily focus on the setup of client-specific reporting in support of the Company’s new Institutional Client Site, which will be launched to production in 2012.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Client Reporting team to enter a significant amount of setup data onto new systems in support of the new site.
- Review/confirm the quality of client data through the course of the website's launch.
- Results must be documented and discrepancies satisfactorily resolved.

Core Requirements:
- Possesses three+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including Client or Management Reporting functions.
- Familiar with the investment management process and securities.
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to spot inefficiency and operational risks in data management processes, and to implement optimal solutions. Has a track record of process improvement.
- BS/BA in a business-related field.
