Client Operations Representative
This is a fantastic job opportunity with one of my clients working in the finance industry, based in central Basingstoke, as a Client Operations Representative. This temporary to permanent opportunity is a brilliant step into a fantastic organisation that is going from strength to strength.
This role has come about due to my client taking steps towards enhancing their customers experiences. With the markets improving they have taken steps to ensure they move with it, to do this they require a team to handle; Query handling, troubleshooting of issues, tracking pending queries, monitoring and reporting on time taken to resolve queries.
The ideal person for this position will have strong customer service experience (preferably over the telephone), a hunger for finding the source of an issue and resolving it and an analytical approach to statistical reporting.
