Client Operations support – Apprentice recruitment
He/She will be in regular contacts with our local foreign offices, IT and Finance.
Reporting to the client operations support advice specialist, his/her main responsibilities will be the following:
- Set-up and follow up of our clients rebates conditions
- Provide regular and ongoing support about quarterly KPI (Key Process Indicator) related to our different providers and our department.
- Participate in the set-up follow-up of a dashboard (following the DMO) based on AXA Way six sigma methodology.
- Keep up-to-date different client databases and be the support for our internal rebates tool.
- Develop an internal book of procedures.
What sort of profile are we looking for?
- Good analytical skills – ease with figures
- Ability to summarize and think strategically – must be proactive
- The role requires a high degree of enthusiasm ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Must be able to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment with critical deadlines.
- Good communication skills both written (to prepare internal/external documents) and oral.
- Knowledge of excel
- Fluency in English or English as native speaker
