Description

In this vital senior role the Senior Client Operations Manager (Sr. COM) will have a a group of COM's reporting directly into to him/her. Each Sr. COM will have a small subset of their own assigned clients. He/she is the 'champion' for Eagle clients. The Sr. COM will act as the daily interaction point to his/her clients for the Eagle GSS organization and act as an escalation point to him/her reporting COMs. A Sr. COM has in-depth knowledge of his/her clients daily business operations workflow, business needs and challenges. With the Sr. COM's expertise, he/she will effectively advocate on behalf of to him/her reporting COMs to resolve issues in a timely manner and thus exceed client expectations by providing extraordinary customer service. Specific job responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Exceed client expectations by using senior-level product, technical and client expertise to effectively solve client issues in a timely manner. Act as an escalation point for his/her COMs prior to Knowledge Team investigation. Develop in-depth understanding of client business and operational workflows by working closely with the client operations managers. Contribute knowledge of client business practices to overall Eagle knowledge management (KB articles, test cases, etc). Engage with COMs in early stages of client lifecycle to share ownership of key implementation decisions; influence decisions with an eye towards post-implementation operations and long-term client success. Effectively advocate on behalf of client needs to GSS leadership as well as leadership in other Eagle areas. Engage in reviewing and signing of client temperatures of COMs. Maintain daily communication with client A and B levels. Validate opportunities to increase client satisfaction and overall value of Eagle suite (training, new projects, sales opportunities, etc). Assist Client Operations in managing Eagle's Model Office environment; recommend ways to improve the scope of the Model Office, aid in implementing new modules, and monitor production work. Travel: The COM role is not expected to be travel-intensive, and is estimated to have up to 20% travel. Depending on the needs of each client and the training plan, the travel requirement may increase as needed. Coach and mentor COM. Work closely with the Head of Client Operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

BA in Finance, Accounting or IT. Advanced degree preferred. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivator with a strong work ethic, initiative, critical and strategic problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Must be able to quickly gather and analyze data. Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment. Collaborative interpersonal skills; ability to effectively lead, delegate, coach, and work within teams. Proven ability to build strong relationships, both with colleagues and with internal and external clients. Expertise in the investment management industry. Significant experience using Eagle products is preferred. Flexibility to support Market hours and do some after-hours work when necessary. 7-10 years of experience in the investment, private wealth and/or financial services industry or 3-5 years of experience in a COM role.
