Client Partner
Job Description: Looking for Client Partner with Banking Sales background to drive new business growth in an existing global gamma account in Banking and Financial services. The role would be part of the larger account team globally focused for the particular customer and would lead all sales and delivery related activity in Canada.
Over 10-12 years of Industry experience with 3-5 years Account Management experience in a sales role.
• Core knowledge of the Retail Banking industry in Canada.
• Good understanding and experience of Global Delivery - Onsite/Offshore Model.
• Excellent understanding of IT Services in one or more of Applications Outsourcing, Analytics and Information Management, Infrastructure Globalization/Consolidation, Business Process management. (In order of preference)
• Excellent customer interface skills – communication ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long term valued relationships with the client.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
• Ability to provide thought leadership, articulate value to executive levels amongst prospects in the Retail Banking space.
Required Competencies
• Business Development – Proven Sales track record of account farming led business development. Experience of working with an IT Service Provider in a direct Retail Banking Sales role would be preferred.
• Relationship Management - Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills underpinned with the relationship building skills to build business rapport and act as trusted advisor.
• Technology Understanding – Extensive understanding and experience on ITO Services
• Leadership - Extensive experience in managing key strategic objectives for internal and external stakeholders
