Client Portfolio Associate recruitment
• Provide exceptional client service by effectively servicing an assigned set of consultants and clients
• Assist in the creation and execution of the prospect/marketing, consultant, and client relationship plan
• Work with the Senior Client Portfolio Manager to market to designated research people and consultants
• Actively work to move the prospects/consultants pipelines forward
• Help build and maintain strong and effective consultant relationships
• Collaborate with appropriate teams across the firm to handle a variety of client/consultant requests, such as market commentary, product and portfolio data, strategy/scenario analysis, onboarding documentation, etc
• Participate in conference calls and meetings, circulate meeting notes, and coordinate completion of follow up items
• Serve as the client/consultant point of contact when the Client Portfolio Manager is traveling or out of the office
• Coordinate presentation materials with the Client Service Support Team, review for appropriateness and accuracy
• Participate in the quality review of monthly and quarterly client reports, as well as deliver any nonstandard monthly and quarterly client/consultant deliverables
Must have no more than 8 years experience, strong fixed income knowledge CFA and/or MBA.
