Client Portfolio Manager- Subsidiary Banking recruitment
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients
• Growing and cross-selling products to clients across UK and Europe
• Managing the sales process for new and existing clients
• Acting as first point of contact for an allocated client portfolio
• Acting as a point of contact for portfolio related queries/issues
• Assisting clients with Lending, Trade and Cash Management related Services
• Coordinating the credit process to ensure that set deadlines are met
• Liaising with internal and external contacts in order to deliver results in a timely manner.
• Reviewing key financial indicators and trends to ensure portfolio growth
• Managing lending enquiries
• Structuring complex lending facilities for clients
• Documenting and negotiating facilities, ensuring seamless execution of Bilateral Loans, Revolvers, Term Loans, and Overdraft Facilities.
• Ensuring a thorough knowledge of Company credit policies and remaining aware of all relevant policy and compliance changes
• Some international travel will be required
You will have:
- Strong Subsidiary Banking/Relationship Management experience
- Excellent client portfolio management skills
- A proven track record of building and maintaining new sales and of building long term client relationships.
- Ability to liaise at all levels within an organisation
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Lending, Trade, Cash Management and Trade Services
• Experience of structuring credit documentation
• Solid knowledge of Cash Management and Cash Management Products
- Ability to work under pressure and to agreed timeframes
