Client Relations Associate recruitment

The Associate coordinates all institutional client activities, serving as the central point of contact for internal and external constituents associated with a client relationship. Associates are in constant communication with various internal departments to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. This includes building effective and trusted relationships first and foremost with their Advisor and/or Client Relationship Manager, but also with portfolio management, operations and client reporting, legal and compliance, among others.

Associates are expected to have at least 3-5 years related work experience, fully trained and competent in dealing directly with client, consultant and prospecting relationships in a knowledgeable and professional manner. They will be provided additional responsibility as they progress within the role, which often includes additional client-facing responsibilities. As appropriate, Associates will be asked to participate in department and firm-wide projects and initiatives. In order to communicate and build rapport with North Asia counterparties, associates MUST speak fluent Mandarin and English.
