Client Relationship Analyst
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise daily with relationship managers and fixed income product specialists, acting as the first point of contact for all institutional client queries
- Analyse performance data and risk profiles within client portfolios, trying to understand each clients individual investment needs/strategies
- Represent the account management team at all internal meetings
- Act as a team leader at times to junior client service analysts on the team
Key requirements:
- Extensive fixed income product knowledge
- Proven experience in a client facing position supporting relationship managers
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant industry experience
- IMC/CFA qualifications would be advantageous
