We are currently seeking to fill the following position Client Relationship Management (CRM) Associate - based in HONG KONG
A highly motivated self-starter to lead the CRM function fo the Asia Pacific region. This is a non commercial role reporting to the Head of Asia Pacific; the qualified candidate will have close interaction with top-tier global investment banks, institutional money managers, hedge funds, private banks and pension funds providing them with BCA’s views and recommended trading strategies.
Objective:
To ensure BCA’s clients are fully informed of specific trade and view changes across all of BCA’s strategy services and develop high-end business-to-business relationships with executive clients.
Core responsibilities:
- Informing clients on a day-to-day basis on specific view and trade recommendations, through email and telephone.
- Executing well-defined business strategies.
- Collate feedback from clients as to how they are using BCA’s research and areas we may be able to add further value.
- Manage relationships at a senior level and talk with authority on BCA’s market calls.
- Proven track record and communication at PM, CIO and CEO level.
- To be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
Preferred and Vital Skills:
- Experience in the investment and financial services industry
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in commerce, finance or economics
- A demonstrated ability to influence, negotiates, gain commitment, and develop relationships in a Financial Sector environment.
- Assertive, flexible and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound business and professional ethics.
- A strong commitment to teamwork.
- A drive and commitment to attaining results.
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
- Thorough understanding of the Banking Sector
- Ability to work creatively and independently
- Good IT skills
