Client Relationship Manager – Hedge Funds – Transfer Agency recruitment
The Company
Market Leading Investment Services company with a global presence requires a senior person to join their client services team as a Relationship Manager.
The Role
As a Client Relationship Manager you will perform the function of representing the client services team to the key strategic clients and be the escalation point of contact with regard to any issues.
Key Tasks:
- Development and maintenance of strong client relationships
- Creation of effective working relationships with operational groups and senior management teams
- Handle and resolve complex/unusual operational and managerial problems that are referred internally and from clients
- Propose and/or implement procedural changes to improve performance of the department or of related business areas
- Discuss client’s future requirements and ensure that these can be met
- Assess cross sell opportunities for your clients
- Drive and assume responsibility for the implementation of client specific projects
- Monitor profitability of your clients by reviewing financial data and service provision
- Highlight all potential risks and proposed solutions in a timely manner
The Person
She/he will have a 6+ years experience in a similarly structured environment with 3+ years at supervisory level.
Key attributes required:
- Thorough knowledge of the Transfer Agency processes
- Complete understanding of the fund administration industry, specifically in the areas of Fund Accounting, Custody and egulatory
- Comprehensive knowledge of Relationship Management principles and activities
- Business related degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
