Job Description - Client Relationship Manager

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director the Client Relationship Manager will be a key position within the company, specifically responsible for customer retention, building maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintaining and Developing strong customer relationships.
· Retaining existing client accounts.
· Maintaining effective regular communication with all key customer accounts.
· Deliver monthly customer reports.
· Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional and commercial manner.
· Reinforce the service and products provided where applicable.
· Manage customer credit control and liaise with the accounts team.
· Ensure all over achievement of each campaign is fully communicated and manage customer expectations.
· Coordinating customer communication between the sales team, finance team and SEO team.
· Advising the sales team and MD when customer contracts are due for renewal.
· Produce regular reports for the MD on client numbers/retention/clients issues.
· Identify and initiate additional commercial opportunities.
The Individual:
· Must have previous experience in a Client Relationship or Account Management role.
· Will have a proven track record in customer retention.
· Will have excellent communication skills.
· Must possess exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Will be results motivated.
· Must be commercially aware.
· Must be able to understand online marketing products and their benefits.
· Will be able to work well within a team but also self motivate.
· Must be IT literate and comfortable using the internet.
