Client Relationship Manager (M/F) recruitment

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER DELIVERY
- Assure and develop a strong relationship with existing/new international private and institutional clients.
- Involvement in the set up process of Company structures (implementation meetings with clients / lawyers and third parties if applicable).
- In charge of communication protocol and operating memorandum setup in order to define roles and responsibilities between parties.
- Reactivity to meet clients’ expectations and anticipate client’s questions and queries.
- In charge to manage day-to-day business with clients and ensure proper coordination between clients’ expectations and operational delivery.
- Visit clients on a regular basis (at least once a year).
- Meet clients’ deadlines.
- Provide support to clients in selecting/appointing service providers.
- Ensure services are aligned with Experta decisions and existing operating models.
- Ensure services are aligned with the protection of the Managers/Directors of the client’s company.
- Transmit to appropriate colleagues instructions received from clients and ensure of proper execution.
- Review with Corporate Services and Compliance Legal departments of the legal documentation in relation with the approval of annual account of the company.
- Review with Corporate Services and Compliance Legal departments of the legal documentation (prospectus, subscription form…) drafted by lawyers.
- Review of contracts to be signed by the company under management.
- Contact with the CSSF for transmission of legal information / reporting.
- Organise money transfer – follow up of the cash transfer.
CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
- Ensure proper communication with clients.
- Ensure proper communication within the business line and with other internal departments.
- Ensure proper resolution of issues including with other internal department
- Support the business development activities (if required)
- Ensure the business line is properly represented internally
- Ensure client retention through proper service delivery and active support of client reviews
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Ensure an efficient operational service to clients with proper following of processes.
- Respect rules and procedures in place within Experta.
- Develop dedicated expertise in various matters
- Ensure flexibility and adaptability
QUALIFICATIONS :
- University or post-Graduate degree with experience in operations with dedicated experience in Institutionnal Clients; REPE sector or commercial company firms (3-8 years)
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to communicate with various providers (internally and externally).
- Knowledge of business strategy and priorities as well as excellent understanding of business operations and processes and quality execution experience.
- Ability to represent Experta internally and externally
