Role
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a motivated and driven account management professional. Reporting to the Head of Client Management, NSW, the primary focus of this role is customer retention, FX product cross/up-sell and client revenue growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the foreign exchange market to provide relevant market and product information to clients.
- Establish, secure, and pro-actively manage relationships with existing clients
- Manage a core client base and request referrals and appointments with potential new business opportunities
Qualifications, Knowledge Skills
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and at least 3 years Foreign Exchange product sales experience to Corporate and SME clients. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills .
