Client Relationship Manager recruitment

A newly created Client Development Manager position to develop the firm's relationship with a core group of key clients and share best practice across the firm.
The role will involve management of the firm's client engagement and client care programme through a number of firm-wide initiatives, activities, campaigns and projects.
The successful applicant will have 3+ years' relevant work experience in client relationship management, preferably within B2B professional or financial services firm.

A newly created Client Development Manager position to develop the firm's relationship with a core group of key clients and share best practice across the firm. The firm has an established business development program that is widely bought into and this role will focus on developing and maintaining the existing client relationship program based on understanding the needs of clients, agreeing actions and next steps, developing contacts and identifying potential opportunities. You will also manage the firm's client engagement and client care programme through a number of firm-wide initiatives, activities, campaigns and projects.

The successful applicant will have relevant work experience in client relationship management, preferably within B2B professional or financial services firm. You must be enthusiastic, pro-active, persistent, robust and show commitment to “getting the job done”.
