We are a niche staffing firm with a history of providing quality personnel services for over 25 years. We currently have a staff opportunity in the Baltimore area for a Client Relationship Manager. We are a GROWING organization in the Staffing Industry! Qualified candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of successful client relationship management.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Responsible for Client Satisfaction and Retention
- Accountable for managing Client Relations (client service, employee service and administration) for defined Area Market.
- Deepens client relationships by identifying opportunities to cross sell to all departments and staffing needs within client organization
- Works in collaboration with other staff in the development of National/Regional Contracts
- Responds to Client on all job orders/staffing needs and performs an assessment for determination of skills needed and assignment details.
- Identifies current recruitment needs and works with Talent Acquisition team members for staffing of all job orders within defined Area.
- Manages order fulfillment process for defined Area Market for local and national business.
- Supports corporate goals for order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Participates in Client Performance Review Meetings
- Creates Client Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction/Retention Programs for tracking.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in the Staffing Industry
Knowledge of a niche staffing market is preferred
A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships is a must
Superior communication and interpersonal skills required
Must be able to work well in a team environment and possess a "can do" attitude.
