The Client Relationship Officer is the first point of contact for every client that visits the ANZ Signature Priority Banking Centre. The Client Relationship Officer personifies the brand of ANZ Signature Priority Banking through his / her disposition, attire and servicing of the clients' needs. Key responsibilities will include warmly greeting and welcoming clients to the Branch, attending all product queries and promoting products and services to customers.

The position holder should be highly professional and efficient at the front counter at all times. Additionally, you will receive all incoming faxes from clients and register them before taking it forward to the Client Associate / Relationship Manager. You will also be performing administrative duties at the end of the day.

Qualifications:

This being a front end and highly customer oriented role, the candidate should possess one year experience in a client servicing department, preferably in a banking domain. A diploma or degree holder will be preferred. It is mandatory for the candidate to possess a pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills and exhibit strong willingness to serve and service clients.
