Client Reporting Accountant
Hays are currently working alongside a multinational property organisation to recruit a client reporting accountant on an interim basis for the next six months. The role has arisen due to a period of extended growth; which has resulted in the organisation looking to take advantage of the current favourable market conditions by strengthening their finance division.
The successful candidate will report directly into the senior client accountant and work within a small team of reporting analysts and accountants. You will play an integral role in coordinating the successful delivery of the accounting function to both external and internal clients. In addition to the above there may be a requirement from time to time to work on project type activities.
In line with the above you will also act as the principal contact point for both clients and surveyors on all aspects of accounting service delivery for a designated portfolio of properties. Furthermore you will also be responsible for the accuracy of designated client accounting records,including; client statements and/or the profit loss and balance sheet reporting. An integral part of the position will be to understand and document specific client reporting requirements and operating procedures,ensuring that the service delivered is in accordance with the agreed contract.
The successful applicant must be qualified or part qualified in a recognised accounting qualification, and must have an appreciate of client reporting requirements, ideally in a property related position.
