Client Reporting Analyst, Global Fixed Income

Communicating effectively with clients, prospects and consultants across a range of platforms remains a key objective and challenge for the firm. To help enhance the quality, efficiency and consistency of our product-specific materials, we are seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to work within the Client Prospect Communications Team in London.

Client Reporting Analysts work with colleagues within the Global Relationship Group (GRG) and Product Management to produce high quality product communications. Client Reporting Analysts are specialised by asset class and/or suites of products, and are expected to develop a thorough understanding of our investment approaches and communications over time. Responsibilities include:

• Developing a strong working knowledge of an asset class or group of products;
• Ensuring the delivery of high quality materials to internal and external clients;
• Preparing multiple versions of client letters on a quarterly and/or monthly basis;
• Ensuring quality control on monthly/quarterly client letters;
• Devising presentation materials for use in client meetings;
• Drafting product roadmap guides to facilitate customization efforts;
• Contributing ideas to further refine and enhance our approach to producing client communications;
• Undertaking project work related to the other goals of the Client and Prospect Communications Team.

The London based Global Fixed Income (GFI) Client Reporting Analyst will specifically be responsible for the following:

• Providing GFI expertise to London based GRG teams;
• Preparing GFI letters and commentary for London based clients;
• Preparing GFI meeting books for London based clients and prospects;
• As capacity permits, preparing GFI letters and commentary for the Sydney based GRG team, and GFI meeting books for Asia/Australia based clients;
• Effectively communicating and partnering with global GFI GRG and Product Management resources.

The successful candidate for this role is likely to:

• Be a graduate, with a strong academic background. A relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA) or progress towards one would be viewed favourably;
• Have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience;
• Demonstrate a high degree of interest in investments and capital markets, particularly fixed income;
• Possess strong analytical and writing skills;
• Demonstrate attention to detail, an industrious work ethic and collaborative style, and good business/client judgment. A positive attitude and a desire to learn and contribute in a
team environment are essential;
• Have good systems skills. Experience with Excel, Bloomberg and FactSet would be helpful.
