Client Reporting Analyst recruitment

Responsibilities

• All aspects of client reporting, including but not limited to pre production, production and issue resolution, on a daily basis.
 

• Work with a multifunctional team of people with diverse client reporting responsibilities
 

• Ensures that Client Experience is superior and adheres to SLA
 

• Monitor all processes and ensure that controls are being utilized
 

• Implementation of process improvement and technology enhancement
 

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the functional capabilities and the mitigations contained within the client reporting processing solution.
 

• Proactively recommend innovations and modifications inline with industry requirements and corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures.
 

• Interface with Operating units and business units as required to coordinate the various client reporting processes.
 

• Ensure documentation relating to new processes associated with client reporting services and platform releases is properly maintained.
 

• Support the establishment of the operating environment responsible for client reporting functions.
 

• Participate in identifying, defining and implementing Quality Assurance processes used to support the client reporting processes within our Global Wealth Services offering.

Skills and Experience Required for the Role

• Experience in roles handling client reporting
 

• Knowledge of global private banking and asset management client reporting requirements
 

• Problem solving skills
 

• Organizational and analytical skills
 

• Highly motivated and willing to embrace change
 

• Sound interpersonal and communications skills
 

• Knowledge of global securities processing, participants, and industry standard formats
 

• Knowledge of security types including equity, fixed income and derivative instruments
 

• Knowledge of investment vehicles including registered funds, hedge funds, separate accounts and private accounts a plus
