Client Reporting Associate recruitment

Acadian Asset Management LLC is a Boston-headquartered investment management firm with wholly owned affiliates located in Singapore and London. As of June 30, 2012, the firm managed approximately US$44 billion on behalf of major pension funds, endowments, foundations, governments and other investors based in the U.S. and abroad.

Responsibilities:

Produce, review and distribute client reporting.  Specific responsibilities include:

• Understand the reporting needs of each client

• Work closely with team members and other internal groups to track deliverables, to gather reporting information, and to assemble and distribute reporting packages

• Handle routine communications with the client

• Coordinate data for client requests

• Assist with requests from custodians, consultants and clients

• Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; pursuit of a graduate degree and/or CFA a plus

• At least three years of experience in the investment management industry including client reporting or related client services role

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A strong service orientation and interest in client service

• Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Working knowledge of MS Excel is required

• Working knowledge of SQL, portfolio analytics software, and client reporting software, a plus
