Client Reporting Executive
My client is a well known global fixed income asset manager, with over $50billion assets under management. As a result of strong product performance, the client is currently looking to increase their marketing and communications team. Consequently, we are currently searching for a Client Reporting Executive to sit within the distribution team. Ideally, the candidate will have strong client reporting experience and extensive fixed income and client reporting knowledge, within the institutional client space.
The Role:
*Work closely with client reporting provider, to automate the reporting function.
*Support the production of bespoke reporting for investors in the funds.
*Produce segregated mandate reporting, sourcing both the investment and accounting detail.
*Support the CRM and AAM team on client reporting needs at the set up of new accounts and help work to prioritise and develop further the reporting we can deliver to clients.
*Manage the production of quarterly attribution reports.
*Support the Marketing and Communications team on the production of other marketing materials as may be required
Requirements:
*Over 3 years experience within client reporting
*Extensive fixed income knowledge
*Experience across institutional clients
*Segregated accounts knowledge
*Candidate will ideally have IMC, CFA or CAIA
*Candidate will ideally be degree educated.
