Our client

Our client is a highly reputable firm within the Asset Management industry headquartered in Paris. The firms managed over 300 mutual funds and mandates. All varieties of asset class are managed: equity funds, diversified, fixed incomes, money market and convertible funds.

The mission

Within the business and management department, the client reporting service manage factsheets production and validation for institutional and retails clients. This department works closely with the risk department in charge of performance contribution / attribution production, operation and data administration team and front office.

Client Reporting Officers (Around 10 people) produce factsheets on various periods (Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly), check data automatically generated by internal tools, communicate on issues with concerned department in order to provide reports within the deadlines set by clients.

The profile

The successful candidate for this position should demonstrate the following skills and experiences: 

-  Proven Client Reporting experience within Asset Management

- Compiling and analyzing performance data to produce and update factsheets

 - Familiar with performance contribution / attribution and key ratios (equities and fixed income)

 - An analytical approach, highly numerate with a strong educational background in a financial/quantitative discipline

- Chinese and English should be spoken fluently

- Excellent IT skills: Excel, SQL, and Database. Reporting tools knowledge is a plus (Crystal report)

 - High attention to detail and able to juggle a multiple of tasks

 - Be proactive and a good team player
