Financial client reporting software - Business Analyst
Financial Client Reporting Software House, require an experienced business analyst / business consultant, to add value to their experienced and growing team.
As a business analyst you will provide functional application and business expertise in the configuration of Client Reporting Systems and the integration with other applications. You will also provide project oversight and reporting, as well as defining requirements and unit tests enhancements and new sites. The main clients for this software vendor are Asset Management Organisations, ranging from Boutique Asset Managers to extremely large Asset Managers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working for a client reporting vendor ideally in the financial sector. In order to be successful in this role you must have a basic knowledge of the securities and investment banking / investment management space. Ideally you will have knowledge of how client reporting impacts other parts of Investment organisations through either business analysis or consulting experience.
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, a track record in analysing detailed systems to individual field level, ideally in a systems integration environment. You must also be motivated by building strong and lasting client relationships and delivering results which exceed expectations. In order to achieve these, candidates must possess first class written and verbal communication skills, a consultative approach and have a pro-active attitude.
Systems knowledge ( not essential ) : Infipoint, Netik, Kurtosys, Fundworks, Equipos or Vermilion
Main duties:
- Business analysis and implementation, including:
- Requirements gathering: workshops, use cases / schemas and one-to-one's
- Verify and document client requirements against the product functionality and conduct gap analysis
- Analysis and mapping of data feeds
- Functional testing ( supporting UAT )
- Fully understand and be able to deploy the in-house Implementation Methodology.
- Assist in preparation of project plans.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of system defects

Package: 50 - 65k plus bonus and benefits package
