Client Reporting Specialist recruitment
As a member of the global Client Reporting team, you will have primary responsibility for production of regional client reporting in APAC as well as some performance measurement related tasks. You will work in close conjunction with the central reporting and performance hub, as well as acting as a contact and coordination point for regionally based Client Relationship Managers, Investment Management Research and other internal teams.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Production of reports for a certain segment of our accounts base, including agreed client specific tailoring, for monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc global reporting
- Work with the team leader to maximize the automation potential of the internal client reporting system for efficient workflow and production
- Assist with the compilation of monthly performance data including calculation of performance measurement return data using a variety of methodologies/systems and assist with report and performance data production for outside the region as required
- Maintain good working relationships with all regional Client Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and relevant global operational teams
- Maintain up to date awareness and understanding of regional client requirements
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- At least 2-3 years of working knowledge in Client Reporting from Wealth Management or Asset Management perspective, knowledge of Performance Measurement would be advantageous
- Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure, possess good organizational prioritization skills
- Assertive, determined approach, see tasks through to completion and an ability to work on own initiative
- Strong experience in using Excel and access
