Description

Has responsibility for the relationships and account administration for larger more complex clients than the RMI. Acts as part of a team or as sole point of contact for all inquiries regarding securities clearance and collateral mgt. activities for BDS client base. Responsible for the overall implementation of higher service levels and client satisfaction through coverage responsiveness, knowledge and automation. Resolves escalated issues and develop action plans to mitigate future occurrences. Responsibilities include: account reviews, regular activity analysis, problem investigation and resolution, cross selling initiatives, maintenance of proper account documentation, legal coordination, portfolio reporting and review, operational support, uncovering and reporting of potential credit/risk issues, technology deployment and support. Broader responsibilities include assisting clients and management in business development via client visits, introductions, presentations etc.

Qualifications

- Minimum Experience Required: 4yr. college degree preferred, MBA a plus
- Minimum 7 years in banking/securities/brokerage experience including experience in Sales or Client Relations
- Strong interpersonal skills and client focus
- Financial, analytic, and accounting ability
- Ability to multi task and co-ordinate a large number of complex integrations accurately within tight time frames
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and technical operating systems
- Performs all work in compliance with Company policies and procedures
